When I read this article I saw many examples of bias, fallacies, and rhetorical devices characterd in this oral communication. The Perils of Indifference is a spoken language that was both written and given by Eli Weisel, to occasion prexy Bill and Hillary Clinton on April 12, 1999 in Washington, D.C   Elie Wiesel wrote in his oral communication that he necessitateed to address Mr. and Mrs. Clinton along with the members of Congress, in an hopes to persuade his auditory sense into fulfill by using forms of argumentation. This question seems to suggest a form of a rhetorical device because Weisel states that while indifference is much easier than closely actions, it is still non necessarily right. With this form of contradiction it seems to sust ain the audience start to realize that indif! ference is wrong and should not be expected. Wiesels uses of spoken communication in this speech were meant to anger, upset, and arouse the audience into action of some sort.
